Terms of Sale and Use

These Terms of Sale and Use ("Terms") govern your use of wishes. (the "Service"), a web-based tool for designing and downloading personalized birthday, anniversary, and graduation card images. The Service is operated by Creativate Studios Oy, a company registered in Finland ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

wishes. lets you personalize a greeting card design in a free, no-account-needed browser editor, then purchase a watermark-free download: a Social HD PNG, a 5×7 print-ready PDF, or a bundle of both. The editor and a free lower-resolution preview download are free to use; a one-time payment is required for the full-resolution files.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the text you enter (names, ages, dates, and messages). You're responsible for making sure the content you enter doesn't infringe anyone else's rights and is accurate. We don't claim any ownership over your wording.

Design elements provided by the Service (styles, artwork, fonts, and layouts) remain the property of Creativate Studios Oy or our licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the finished, rendered files for your own personal use — sending, sharing digitally, and printing. It does not grant a license to extract, redistribute, or resell the underlying design elements, fonts, or artwork separately from your finished card.

3. Payment and billing

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, who act as our Merchant of Record and reseller for this transaction. Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT calculation. Your payment details are provided directly to Paddle and are never seen or stored by us. Paddle's ownBuyer Terms apply to the payment transaction itself, in addition to these Terms.

5. Delivery and recovery

Purchased files are delivered as a download link, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at checkout. If you lose that email, you can retrieve your download link again at any time from Find my order using the same email address and order reference.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or improvements.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creativate Studios Oy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including print quality issues from your own printer or print shop, or errors in content you entered yourself. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under Finnish or EU consumer protection law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
